General

What exactly is in each pack?
Every pack includes: Seller ID, Category + Primary Category, Estimated Monthly Revenue, Full Brand Coverage (brands per seller), Number of ASINs, Country, Business Name, Number of Selling Brands, and a Direct Storefront Link.
Which countries are available?
Currently: UK, US, Germany, and Japan. Category Packs and Subscriptions are available across these markets.
How fresh is the data?
Packs are generated from recent captures. Subscription packs deliver new storefronts monthly and are filtered to avoid duplicates across months. Storefront metrics can change at any time, so treat figures as directional intelligence.
How is “Estimated Monthly Revenue” calculated?
It is an estimate derived from publicly observable marketplace signals and modeling. It is not audited financial data and should be used directionally.
Are you affiliated with Amazon?
No. FBA Syndicate (Do4You Ltd) is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon or any other marketplace.

Buying & Delivery

How do I receive my pack?
Delivery is via downloadable file link (and/or direct email) immediately after checkout. Please save a local copy. Links may expire after a set period.
Are there duplicates?
One-time packs are deduped internally. Subscription packs are deduped month to month to keep your data fresh.
Can I request specific filters?
Yes. Our Custom Solutions can filter by country, category, revenue range, brand coverage, and more. Tell us what you need and we will scope it.
What if I only want one category (e.g., Beauty)?
Choose a Category Pack for a single vertical. Seasonal editions (e.g., Q4, Back-to-School) are available as add-ons.

Pricing & Billing

What currency do you charge in?
Prices are shown at checkout (GBP or USD, depending on your selection). VAT, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on location.
What are the current prices?
See the Pricing section on this page for the latest one-time packs and subscriptions. Custom data builds are quoted based on scope.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital products are delivered instantly, so all sales are final once access begins. Limited exceptions may be granted for duplicate purchases or technical failures we cannot resolve. See our Refund & Digital Products Policy for details.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel any time before your next billing date from your customer portal or by contacting us via the contact form. After cancellation you will not receive further lists or charges.

Usage & Rights

How can I use the data?
Each pack includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-business license for your internal use (prospecting, analysis, operations). Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is not permitted without written consent. See Terms & Conditions.
Is this compliant with Amazon’s policies?
Packs are compiled from publicly available storefront information and modeled signals. You are responsible for how you engage with sellers and for compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Do you share my information?
We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by trusted providers (email, analytics, hosting) to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.

How fast will support reply?
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, UK time). Support covers technical issues such as download access or file errors. It does not include consulting or coaching.
