1. Nature of Our Products

Our products include digital data packs such as Storefront Packs, Category Packs, Brand Intelligence Reports, Seasonal Packs, and Custom Data Solutions. These are delivered electronically and are available for immediate access after purchase.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has started. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase of the same product.
• Technical failure preventing file access within 7 days of purchase (and we cannot resolve it).
• Corrupted or incomplete file where a working replacement cannot be provided.

All exceptions are handled at our sole discretion.

4. EU/UK Digital Content Notice

By completing checkout, you request immediate access to the digital product and waive any 14-day cooling-off rights under UK/EU consumer law for digital content that has been accessed.

5. Support & Service Level

We provide email support for technical issues such as download access or file errors. Our team aims to respond within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, UK time). Support does not include consulting, coaching, or business advice.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks will be contested with proof of delivery and acceptance of these terms at checkout. By purchasing, you acknowledge this Refund & Digital Products Policy.
